Glyph or Iconographic Image Description: 

This element for ichcatl) (cotton, cotton boll, cotton flower) has been carved from the compound sign for the place name, Ichcatlan. The cotton glyph has three white balls, each with dotting around the inside edges and with one inverted "u" shape inside the balls. There is a tripartite green stem at the base of the balls, lighter green toward the bottom and darker green reaching upward.
